Day 01: Mumbai
Mumbai is the City of Dreams and financial capital of India. As your plane lands at the airport, you will receive a warm traditional welcome. You will then be transferred to the luxury hotel - The Oberoi - where your booking will already be confirmed. The hotel treats all its guests will royal fervour and offers them a welcome drink as soon as they arrive.

You will check in at the hotel for overnight stay and then the company representative will go through the tour details once again and remove any doubts you might still have. You can also tell about your preferences and choices that will be dealt with accordingly.

Day 02: Mumbai
You will be served with a choicest breakfast at the hotel, after which you will proceed to a half-day excursion to Elephanta Caves, beautiful examples of exquisite rock-cut architecture of India that are full of spiritual energy and sublime beauty.

In the afternoon, you will be driven back to Mumbai, where you will go on sightseeing after lunch. The highlights of the tour include British Raj impressions at the Victoria Terminus railway station, the Prince of Wales Museum, the Gateway Of India, the Flora Fountain, and the famous Hanging Gardens.

The ongoing carnival of the Chowpatti Beach is a must-visit in the evening, where you must certainly try the famous 'bhelpuri', a spicy Indian snack. You will spend the night at The Oberoi in Mumbai.

Day 03: Mumbai - Aurangabad (By Air, Usual Time Taken: 45 minutes)
After early breakfast you will be transferred to domestic airport to take the flight for Aurangabad. You will spend the day exploring the famous caves of Ajanta & Ellora that are a specimen of hand-sewn rock-cut architecture, and Daulatabad Fort. In the evening, you will check in at the Taj Residency in the city of Aurangabad for overnight stay.

Day 04: Aurangabad - Mumbai - Udaipur (By Air, Usual Time Taken: 2 hrs)
You will be served a mouth-watering breakfast before you check out of the hotel and fly to Mumbai, where you will catch the inter-transit flight to Udaipur, the Venice of the East. At the romantic city of Udaipur, you will check in at The Oberoi Udaivilas for overnight stay.

Day 05: Udaipur
You will be served a tasty breakfast and then you will go on a full day guided sightseeing tour of the city. Sahelion-ki-Bari is a landscaped garden that was once meant exclusively for royal ladies. The local folk museum and the Jagdish Temple are other highlights of the tour but a boat ride at Lake Pichola in the evening trumps everything for the romanticism of watching sun melting in the lake. You will spend the night at Udaipur.

Day 06: Udaipur - Deogarh (Distance by surface: 120 km, Usual Time Taken: 2 hrs)
You will be served a special breakfast at the hotel, and then you will leave for Deogarh. You will check in at the luxury palace turned heritage hotel known as Deogarh Mahal for overnight stay.

Day 07: Deogarh - Jaipur (Distance by surface: 290 km, Usual Time Taken: 6 hrs)
After breakfast, you are in for a long drive to Jaipur, where you will check in at the Oberoi Raj Villas for overnight stay.

Day 08: Jaipur
You will be served a light breakfast at the hotel, after which you are in for a treat at Amber Fort, situated just outside the city. Elephant ride up the ascent here are very popular among foreign tourists who are delighted to experience the royal mount of Indians kinds and queens of the past. However, you can also opt for a jeep ride.

The sightseeing tour of Jaipur also covers Hawa Mahal with its honeycomb like façade, magnificent City Palace, and ingenious instruments of Jantar Mantar, the Royal Observatory. In the evening, you can see ladies at work in a rug factory, and skilled artisans cutting and polishing gems at a gem factory. You will spend the night at Jaipur.

Day 09: Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra (Distance by surface: 235 km, Usual Time Taken: 5 hrs + 2 hours for touring Fatehpur Sikri)
After the breakfast, you will check out and proceed to Agra, the City of Taj and former capital of Mughal Empire. On the way, you will have a guided tour of Fatehpur Sikri, Akbar's model town. At Agra, you will check in at the Oberoi Amar Vilas for overnight stay.

Day 10: Agra
This day is special as you will witness the royal splendour of Mughal Empire. The luxury of love tribute Taj Mahal's intricate inlaid stonework in white marble is awe-inspiring. At Agra Fort, you can see the place from where Shah Jahan used to watch his masterpiece until the time of his death, when his son Aurangzeb imprisoned him. Itmad-ud-Daullah's tomb is often said to be the prototype for Taj Mahal.

In the evening, you can shop for souvenirs before retiring for the night to your hotel in Agra.

Day 11: Agra - Jhansi (By Train, Usual Time Taken: 4 hrs) Jhansi - Orchha - Khajuraho (Distance by surface: 170 km, Usual Time Taken: 4 hrs)
You will check out of the hotel after a scrumptious breakfast and will catch the train for Jhansi, famous for the chivalrous antics of Rani Lakshmi Bai. From Jhansi, you will go to the elaborate Orchha Fort complex, which was once the pride of Bundela Rajputs. From Orchha, you will continue your royal tour to Khajuraho, where you will check in Hotel Chandela for overnight stay.

Day 12: Khajuraho

Day 13: Khajuraho - Varanasi (By Air, Usual Time Taken: 40 minutes)
You will enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel, before flying to Varanasi, one of the most prominent pilgrimage centre for Hindus. As soon as you arrive at Varanasi, you will proceed on a day excursion to Sarnath, where you will see monuments and buildings that were built by Ashoka the Great to honour the site where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon.

In the evening, you will drive back to Varanasi, where you will check in at a luxury Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 14: Varanasi
The day starts early, as you will embark on a pre-dawn boat ride at Daswamedh Ghat. The beauty of the rising sun and unique traditional and spiritual galore of Varanasi along with fresh air will make you feel rejuvenated and refreshed. After breakfast at the hotel, you will proceed on a luxurious sightseeing tour of Varanasi, one of the oldest living cities of the world. Day 15: Varanasi - Delhi (By Air, Usual Time Taken: 1 hour 20 minutes)
After an early breakfast at Varanasi, you will fly to Delhi, where you will check in at The Imperial or The Oberoi for overnight stay.

Day 16: Delhi
You will be served a finger-licking breakfast at the hotel and the company guide will meet your in the lobby at the appointed time. An exhilarating sightseeing tour of city lets you a glimpse of old-world charm and ultra-modern chic lifestyle thriving in harmony with each other. Delicacies, excellent bargains for shopping enthusiasts, and rickshaw ride at Old Delhi's Chandni Chowk will leave you mesmerized. Other Old Delhi highlights you will see are Jama Masjid, Birla Temple, and Mahatama Gandhi's cremation site Rajghat.
